Welcome to the 50th annual Mountain Plains Management Conference 2008, hosted by the Informatics Research Institute at Idaho State University. This conference offers tracks in the disciplines of information systems, accounting, management, marketing, finance, economics, pedagogy, and we are adding a field for papers in informatics. This is a conference for colleagues and friends to meet new colleagues for an exchange of ideas. The theme of this conference, “INFORMATION, THE LIFEBLOOD OF OUR ORGANIZATIONS.” We encourage submission of cross-disciplinary intellectual works that enhance our awareness and knowledge of issues relating to business and business-pedagogy.
